Get ready for Sex and the City fans. Charlotte, Miranda and Carrie are coming to you on December 9th. So mark your calendars and become a cosmopolitan.
On November 12th, HBO Max released a new teaser for SATC’s much-anticipated restart, “And Just Like That.”
In the clip, the BFFs, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis, stand together in stylish clothes with their backs to the camera. Then they are called to the best ladies who lunch in television history when the restaurant hostess says: “Ladies your table is ready”.
The sun is shining over New York City as Carrie (Parker) sheds light on our lives and says, “They say some things never change, but the truth is, life is full of surprises. As your story unfolds, the city reinvents itself and a new chapter begins. “
Sex and the City Revival: Everything We Know So Far
Charlotte (Davis) walks through her lovely Upper East Side apartment and attends a piano concert with Harry (Evan Handler) to watch her daughter at a piano concert. Miranda (Nixon) has a picnic with the girls in a park and then – just like that – kisses Carrie Big (Chris Noth) in the kitchen.
The reboot cast also includes more familiar faces like Stanford (the late Willie Garson) and Anthony (Mario Cantone), and even Bitsy Von Muffling (Julie Halston), the Big Apple’s most beloved personality. Other cast members include Sara Ramrez, who plays Che Diaz, a non-binary, queer stand-up comedian who hosts a podcast that regularly features Carrie.

One thing we know for sure is that Kim Cattrall won’t return as Samantha, but she won’t be replaced.
