Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam announces debut tour with The Earthlings. Here are the dates, including San Diego

Pearl Jam co-founder and former indie rock star from San Diego, Eddie Vedder, will take to the streets next year with his new all-star band, The Earthlings. Her tour of six cities and eight concerts in February will include an appointment at The Magnolia Performing Arts Center in El Cajon.
The tour is timed to promote Vedder’s new solo album, Earthling, due out February 11 on Seattle Surf / Republic Records. The performance at The Magnolia takes place on February 15th and marks Vedder’s first concert in the San Diego area without Pearl Jam since his appearance at the Copley Symphony Hall in 2011, which promotes his then new solo album “Ukulele Songs”.
Vedder first performed with The Earthlings on September 24th at the opening of his annual Ohana Festival in Dana Point. The three-day festival was headlined on two consecutive weekends by Pearl Jam, whose drummer Matt Cameron is from San Diego.
The Earthlings team up Vedder, who grew up in San Diego’s North County, with Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, keyboardist / guitarist / singer Josh Klinghoffer (who is a Peppers alum), Jane’s addiction bassist Chris Chaney, the Guitarist / singer Glen Hansard and guitarist Andrew Watt, the producer of the “Earthling” album.
Chaney replaces Pino Palladino, who played bass with The Earthlings at the Ohana Festival and is unavailable for the February tour. Hansard will open all of The Earthlings’ February concerts.
Pearl Jam, meanwhile, is planning a tour in 2022, which will begin in May, replacing their 2020 North America tour, which was supposed to include a concert at SDSU’s Viejas Arena and has been completely canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fans looking to attend one of The Earthlings’ February concerts will need to act fast to get tickets.
“There will be no public sale,” said a statement released on Wednesday by Live Nation, the tour’s organizer.
Advance ticket sales for Pearl Jam Ten Club members who have been active in the club since Tuesday will take place on Ticketmaster’s Eddie Vedder Request page. The pre-sale registration for the Ten Club is now open until Sunday 5:00 p.m.
All other tickets are only available through the Ticketmaster verified fan registration, which was created to prevent scalping. Ticket registration for verified fans is now possible until Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at verifiedfan.ticketmaster.com/eddievedder
Ticket prices for the concert at The Magnolia range from $ 179.50 to $ 199.50. plus service fees.
