Paris Hilton married her boyfriend Carter Reum in Los Angeles on Thursday, November 11th, a source tells E! News.
“Paris picked her dress late last night,” says a second source. “There’s a lot of love and support around Carter and Paris.”
On the November 11th episode of the This is Paris podcast, Reum shared, “It’s definitely going to be your fairytale wedding,” adding, “That first kiss and that first hug, and as we always say, the electric bolts that are between shoot us – I’ll think about all these memories. “
Hilton announced that she was the “most nervous” about the first dance. “I didn’t have a spare second,” she said before the big day. “I’ve taken dance lessons twice, it’s just hard.”
The bride had previously hinted on an August episode of “The Tonight Show” that the couple’s wedding would be an unforgettable event.
“It’s going to be a three-day affair,” she said to host Jimmy Fallon at the time. “We have a lot going on … Lots of clothes, probably 10. I love changing outfits.”
Paris Hilton over the years
The wedding takes place almost nine months after Reum proposed to Hilton. As fans will recall, the venture capitalist asked the question in February while on a trip to a private island for the businesswoman and DJ’s birthday with a bespoke diamond ring by Jean Dousset.
“When you find your soulmate, you don’t just know. You feel it, ”she wrote on Instagram at the time. “My love and I have been together since our first date and he arranged a special trip to tropical paradise for my birthday. As we were walking down the beach for dinner, Carter led us to a flower-decked cabana and got down on one knee I said yes, yes, forever. There’s no one I’d rather spend forever with. ”
During an episode of “The Trend Report With Mara Schiavocampo,” Hilton revealed that she and Reum have known each other for 15 years, but that things didn’t get romantic until they celebrated Thanksgiving together in 2019.
“We just started talking, he got my phone number and we flirted that day,” recalls The Simple Life alum. “We went back for dinner that evening. I just saw how cute he was with his mom, we talked more and I just felt this really amazing connection. And then we had our first kiss and then our first date two nights later and then we’ve been literally inseparable ever since. “
From posting pictures of their engagement party to sharing snapshots of their bachelorette party and bridal shower, Hilton has kept fans updated on every step of the wedding planning process. In fact, fans can watch their way to the altar in “Paris in Love,” which appeared on Peacock on November 11th.
“I feel so blessed to have found the love of my life at the perfect time,” Hilton raved earlier to E! News. “He is everything I have ever hoped and dreamed of. Loyal, kind, romantic, handsome, thoughtful, caring, brilliant and perfect for me in every way. I really believe that everything in life happens for a reason, and that we do were always meant to be. ”
(E! And Peacock are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
