The Patrons of the Prado recently hosted their Masterpiece Midnight In Paris event at Spreckel’s Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park.
The event raised funds to support 10 arts, science and cultural institutions on the Prado in Balboa Park. The group’s work includes the Bucks4Busses program, which gives San Diego high school students educational access to the Balboa Park museums. Since 1997, Patrons of the Prado has granted the 10 beneficiaries $ 3.9 million, including more than $ 755,000 for Bucks4Busses, the organization said.
