Veteran General Hospital actor Steve Burton said Tuesday that he was fired from the legendary ABC soap opera for failing to get the Covid-19 vaccine.

Burton, who played Jason Morgan in more than 2,200 episodes in the last 30 years, was still listed on the General Hospital website on Tuesday.

His resignation had been rumored around Port Charles for weeks.
