Although Adams didn’t provide any further information about what happened to get her medical treatment, the video comes a day after she posted footage on her Instagram story describing the tough recovery process she experienced after graduating from New York Went through city marathons with her fiancé Zac Clark on Sunday, November 7th.

Days before the race, Adams told E! News in an exclusive interview that although Clark has been “a lifetime marathon” having done seven of them, it was still about the experience she had been training for months.
“I think I haven’t been hit by exactly what I’m up to,” she admitted at the time. “I just jumped on the marathon bandwagon and it really supported me.”
Despite her uncertainty, Adams completed the marathon with an impressive time of 4 hours and 40 minutes.
After the race, Clark took to Instagram to commend Adam’s “humility and courage”. He also pointed out that she hadn’t informed her fans about her “chronic knee / back pain or inability to exercise due to her insane schedule”.
