When his daughter gets another year older, Lenny Kravitz can’t help but look to the future – and also to the past.

The rocker posted a flashback picture on Instagram in which he and his daughter Zoë were building a sand castle on a beach in honor of her 33rd birthday on Wednesday when she was a little girl.

“Happy birthday, Zoë,” he captioned the photo. “So many more castles that you can build together. I love you endlessly.”

Kravitz’s post elicited a number of congratulations.

“Congratulations, my Braddah. Have a nice day, ”wrote Jason Momoa, who is married to Zoë’s mother and Kravitz’s ex-wife Lisa Bonet.

Kate Hudson responded with a trio of dizzying emojis, while Marisa Tomei posted eight heart emojis.

Kravitz shares Zoë, who will star in the upcoming film “The Batman” as Selina Kyle, with Bonet, from whom he divorced in 1993 after six years of marriage.

He said Zoe was a blessing to her.

“We created such an extraordinary person,” he told Entertainment Tonight last year. “I am so proud to be Zoe’s father and that God thought it was right that we should all experience one another. It was the best present. “

Despite their separation, Kravitz and Bonet have remained more than cordial, even after she married Momoa, with whom he gets along. The “Let Love Rule” singer even wishes them a happy birthday on social media.

“We all love each other and we all support each other,” Kravitz told Entertainment Tonight last year.
